From your call to new glass

Emergency glazing, step by step broken in the evening, secured the same night.

In an emergency the priority is simple: you must be able to lock up. Replacement follows, on the spot if it’s standard glass.

  1. Artisan et cliente se serrant la main devant une fenêtre
    01

    You call

We ask where, what and what size, then tell you how long it will take and what securing it costs.

  2. Deux artisans en combinaison de travail devant une maison
    02

    We arrive

Within 25–30 minutes in an emergency, depending on the area, with temporary boarding equipment.

  3. Fenêtre condamnée par un panneau de bois après un bris de glace
    03

    We make it safe

Loose glass removed, a board cut to size and screwed in: your home can be locked.

  4. Vitrier ajustant un vitrage dans son cadre de fenêtre

    We replace

Standard glass fitted on site in 3 to 4 hours; made-to-measure glazing fitted at a follow-up visit.

Glazier in Paris: your questions before you call.

How much does a glazier cost?

It depends on the glass and its size, and you get the price before work starts. There is no call-out fee if we do the job, and the minimum charge is €152.90 incl. VAT for private customers.

How quickly can you get here?

In an emergency, 25–30 minutes depending on the area. For planned work, we agree a time slot together.

Do you work nights, Sundays and bank holidays?

Yes, 24/7. At night (8 pm – 8 am), on Sundays and bank holidays a surcharge applies; you are told before we start.

Will my insurance pay for a broken window?

The glass-breakage cover in most home policies pays for replacement. We are not tied to any insurer: you get a compliant invoice for your claim and we help you put the file together.

Do I need a new window if my double glazing is misted?

Usually not: we replace the sealed glass unit only, to the original size, and the frame stays.

How can I pay?

By card, cash, bank transfer or French cheque, and in instalments with Oney. For emergency call-outs you pay once the job is done.
